From stuck to moving.
Most people who call me already know something isn't working. My job is to help name the real problem, build a plan around it, and stay with it long enough to see it take hold.
Strategy
A lot of strategy work is getting honest about where you are. From there it's deciding what matters most and what you're going to say no to.
- Business strategy
- Growth planning
- Market research
- Competitive analysis
- Go-to-market planning
- Positioning
- Opportunity analysis
- Organizational planning
Growth
I've spent years carrying a number. Growth comes from finding the right customers and partners, earning their trust, and building a sales process your team can repeat without you in the room.
- Sales strategy
- Business development
- Partnership development
- Channel development
- Account strategy
- Market expansion
- Sales process
- Messaging
Systems
Every organization runs on knowledge that lives in a few people's heads. When one of them leaves, it leaves too. I help turn that tribal knowledge into something written down, trained, and used.
- Process development
- Workflow design
- Documentation
- SOP development
- Training systems
- Knowledge management
- Operational structure
- AI-assisted processes
Communication
Good ideas die all the time because nobody could explain them. Communication is often the difference between a plan on paper and a plan people adopt.
- Presentations
- Workshops
- Training
- Technical communication
- Executive communication
- Sales presentations
- Curriculum development
- Public speaking
How it usually goes
Four steps, in this order
Listen
Talk with the people doing the work, look at the numbers, and find out what's actually happening.
Name the problem
Get agreement on the real issue. It's often a level below the one people first describe.
Build the plan
Specific enough to act on, with owners and dates, and short enough to remember.
Put it to work
Train, document, and check in until the new way is simply the way things are done.
Leaders carrying something heavy
- Business owners and executive teams
- Sales and business development leaders
- Companies with technical products to explain
- Nonprofit boards and executive directors
- Churches and the people who lead them
- Teams starting to use AI in daily work
Not sure where to start?
That's normal. Tell me what you're dealing with and we'll sort out the first step together.
